Adjustable hammer spring spacer (WORK IN PROGRESS)

In this instruction, I'll show how to add adjustable hammer spring spacer.

Adjustable hammer spring spacer

This adjustable spacer adds preload from 1mm to 10mm on hammer spring. It also increase weight of hammer a little. Bigger force stored in hammer can open valve holding bigger pressure.

Disassembly

Remove grip by unscrewing one bolt.

Slide out stock.

Remove bolt holding hammer spring cap.

Remove hammer spring cap and hammer spring.

Add hammer spring spacer

Add hammer spring spacer with selected length from 1 to 10mm. There are 4 spacers rings (4mm, 2mm, 2mm, 1mm) and base element with built in 1mm spacer. Remember to pust the highest element near the spring if it is possible. Here you can see all configurations:

Install hammer spring spacer on spring or put it inside the hammer.

Assembly

Install hammer and hammer spring.

Install handle.
